This full sequential workshop will invite you to inner stillness, to ask questions of yourself, to believe the answers, to open your heart and embrace your whole being.
The idea of the workshop is to find comfort within our own self, to feel some self love and nourishment. Firstly through thought and understanding and then through connecting with the body as we flow, opening the heart and working deeper into the realms of the breath.
Expect to feel full, nourished and fully present with love.
