This 4 week Beginners Course is for everyone – older and younger, men and women, athletes and desk-bound bodies. You’ll learn essential poses and simple breathing techniques each week to build flexibility and strength, reduce stress, sleep better, boost your metabolism, and increase sustainable energy.
Lisa emphasises deep understanding of how your body works (bio-mechanics), and outlines each practice’s beneficial effects on your life. The course will help you to feel confident in level 1 classes. Lisa offers some optional, simple ‘yoga homework’ to help you de-stress in between sessions.
