Do you love yoga and art? Then join us for a unique 2-hour untutored life drawing workshop of your favourite yoga asana in our beautiful, peaceful studio.
We will begin the session with a 15-minute yoga Nidra to invite creative inspiration and let the creative juices flow before taking your seat and allowing your unique artistic style to flourish on paper.
Our model will pose in some of your favourite yoga asana postures such as:
Ardha Parvritta Parsvakanasana
Eka Pada Rajakapotasana
The poses will be held from 2 to 15 minutes so you can work on a range a sketches and find complete presence of mind in each. This is a wonderful way to experience complete relaxation and mindfulness.
No comment will be made on your work unless you request it, allowing to overcome self consciousness.
