If you’re looking to tone, lengthen, lean and shape your body, then you’ll love our bootcamps. Taking place in the beautiful Highbury Fields, you’ll burn off the calories, have fun and feel great this summer.
Specially designed to get your heart rate up, our summer bootcamps will work all the major muscles, improve balance and co-ordination and make you feel like you’ve achieved something.
Plus, you don’t need anything, apart from yourself.
Eliza Flynn, a level 3 personal trainer, will be taking the classes. She loves HIIT and yoga and there are elements of both in these bootcamps.
How to Find Us
We’ll be in Highbury Fields, from 6.45pm. I’ll probably be wearing a green cap and a pink jacket. Pls get there before 7pm, especially if you’re a first timer and remember to bring your completed PAR-Q form (download link below). If you forget, you can fill one in upon arrival but it may delay your participation.
If coming from Highbury & Islington tube, turn left upon exiting and cross at the lights. Walk up to the Barclays and through the park. You’ll probably see an ice cream van on your way. Carry on going North to the second part of the park until you see the Highbury Bandstand sign on your right – we’re in the park bit to the left of it. This is a nice clean section of the park where no dogs are allowed. If you get lost, give me a call on 07775903057.

- Bring water – it may be hot and hydration is key.
- Take a jacket, especially if you don’t like the dirt.
- If you need the toilet, you can stop at the swimming pool which you’ll pass just after Barclays bank.
- Let me know if you have any injuries or suffer from asthma.
- Complete your PAR-Q form. DOWNLOAD IT HERE
- There aren’t any lockers or changing rooms, so pls arrive already in gear, unless you’re not shy.

Healthy Living London’s SUMMER BOOTCAMPS will run from June to September, every Wednesday. Drop-in sessions are £10, a pack of 10 sessions are £80. Your first session is FREE! They are designed to suit all levels of fitness, including the complete beginner.
