Customers submitting an order agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions set out by Healthy Living London. The following terms and conditions supersede any previous terms and conditions and Healthy Living London reserves the right to make changes to the website and this document at anytime.
1. LIABILITY
1.1. Healthy Living London does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.
1.2. Healthy Living London reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.
2. ORDERING METHOD
2.1. Healthy Living London website (including www. HealthyLivingLondon.com) offer online purchasing.
3. CURRENCY USED
3.1. The nominated currency used for all transactions is Great British Pounds (GBP£).
3.2. All prices displayed on the website (www.activeinstyle.com) will be in GBP£ and will be inclusive of VAT.
4. VAT
4.1. All UK customers and deliveries sent to UK delivery addresses from the website (www. HealthyLivingLondon.com) will be subject to VAT.
4.2. The rate of VAT is 20%.
5. SHIPPING RATES
5.1. Healthy Living London will publish or display the current shipping rates on the website as applicable.
5.2. Shipping rates may vary or be waived as part of promotions or sales on the website and the part or fully discounted shipping may cease at any time at the discretion of Healthy Living London.
5.3. Healthy Living London reserves the right to change any or all of the following, at any time:

6. SHIPPING WITHIN UK
6.1. Online orders for delivery within UK are normally dispatched via Royal Mail tracked service and usually arrive within 5 working days from dispatch.
6.2. Standard Delivery rates within UK (including islands) are:

6.4. A rate of £4.75 will be charged for orders under £70.
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & SHIPPING TO EUROPE
7.1. Healthy Living London ships to most destinations around the world via Royal Mail Air Mail.
7.2. Orders should normally can arrive up to 14 working days from dispatch. Please note that any immigration security issues may cause delays and these are out of our control.
7.3. Healthy Living London does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
7.4. International customers (customers outside UK) will need to check with their local customs office in regard to what, if any, duty you may be liable for when the order arrives.
7.5. The Standard Shipping Rate to all international destinations is a flat rate of £15 per order. Please note this is transport costs only and does not cover any import liabilities that may be applied by the Government of the destination country.
8. DISPATCH OF ORDERS
8.1. Orders are normally dispatched within 1-5 business days of Order Confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock.
8.2. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.
9. ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
9.1. On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage.
9.2. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Healthy Living London, as soon as possible. Please see Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.
10. PRICING
10.1. Healthy Living London reserves the right to change prices without notice.
10.2. All prices and orders are displayed and processed in GBP£ and will include VAT (20%).
11. RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
ONLINE
We understand selecting the right style and size online can sometimes be difficult. For this reason, we are willing to accommodate an exchange, credit note or full refund on online orders within 28 days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original tags are attached, and items are returned in unworn condition.
Refunds can be issued on purchases made online at www.activeinstyle.com only. Refunds are not accepted from items purchased on third part distributor sites or other stockists. Refunds are also not accepted on sale items. However, exchanges can be offered up to the sale value of the item.
All garments are subject to inspection. Healthy Living London can offer free returns (UK Only). Visit www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/229 to complete the form and print your postage address label.
STOCKISTS
We may at times have a number of selected stockists in the UK (TBC). These stockists will accept exchanges on items purchased from them within 7 days of purchase and provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original tags are attached, and the items are returned in unworn condition. Healthy Living London stockists in the UK do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases.
RETURNS POLICY
We strive to ensure you are satisfied and want you to love and enjoy your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, let us know.
1.0 RETURNS
1.1 At Healthy Living London we pride ourselves on providing quality product to our customers. In the instance where a garment is considered faulty we will offer a refund, replacement or credit note, for the full purchase price. You must provide proof of purchase. Healthy Living London reserves the right to examine the item in question.
1.2 Healthy Living London is not obliged to offer a refund, repair or exchange without providing proof of purchase.
1.3 Warranties, refunds or exchanges are not available on any Gift with Purchase items and/or Promotional Products.
1.5 If you require an exchange please email hellofitty@healthylivinglondon.com with your preferred exchange choice along with your name, contact details, invoice number and details of the preferred replacement choice (Item name, colour & size). This will ensure your item is kept aside whilst we await the return of your garment. If the style you require is ‘out of stock’ an online credit note or refund will be issued.

1.6 Healthy Living London reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by Healthy Living London a replacement item will be shipped subject to stock availability or a credit note or a refund issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 10 business days of the garments arrival at the address above. For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
PLEASE NOTE:
Healthy Living London will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery or if the parcel is not received. Please do not leave any returns at the office door or through the letterbox. We can not guaranteed that they will be received.
Customers will be responsible for correctly completing the returns form.
You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with you order.
In the event that your product is lost in transit, Healthy Living London will not be held liable.
We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
1.7 Refunds are not issued for change of mind purchases, if the item is no longer suitable (wrong size/style) or there is a delay in delivery. We will gladly exchange the item for you when returned or offer a credit note valid for 6 months from the date of exchange.

c) For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
d) You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with you order.
e) Healthy Living London is not liable should you parcel get lost in transit.
f) We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day your return your package for your account to be credited.
15. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
15.1. Orders may be cancelled only in the instance where the order has not yet reached the packing stage.
16. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
16.1. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Healthy Living London reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders.
16.2. Healthy Living London will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received. This means that the credit card used to purchase the goods would be the destination of any credit that may be applicable.
