Me in a nutshell
I’m very enthusiastic about health and fitness. I’m just not very good at the fitness part.
My health and fitness inspiration
I’m lucky to have had/have active parents who always encouraged sport and physical activity, so it seemed like such an everyday thing to partake in. My older sister also got suspiciously more active as she got older and I’m reluctantly grateful that we’ve done some “fun” activities, like Spartan Race and random fitness classes together.
Fitness equipment I can’t live without
I just need a yoga mat!
Current health and fitness goal
To get better at football and I’m always trying to improve my flexibility.
Biggest challenge
After having not done them for over a decade I managed to do the splits a few years ago! This was particularly challenging after I popped my hamstring a few years before and was too scared to attempt them for a while.

Yoga or football
One interesting thing about you
I did 10 10Ks in one summer a few years back. I hate running.
