What do you get when you combine people’s love for personal data and a desire to get fit? An influx of wearable tech! With fitness trackers being launched by big names such as Nike as well as smaller companies, these watch your every movement – from the steps you take, the food you eat to the sleep you get. Or not get. Are they a way to prompt you into swapping chocolate cake for raw cacao balls or to swap a night in with Netflix for a run around the park? We’ll get onto that later when we review each one.
