Healthy Living London writer Jessie has shared with us some of her favourite healthy food delivery companies in London. From fresh fruit juice to delicious salads delivered directly to your door…
Erbology
Erbology is a plant-based brand that’s mission is not only to provide tasty, healthy snacks with gorgeous packaging but also to inspire their customers to embrace healthy lifestyles to nourish the body, mind and soul.
I had the privilege of trying out their range of gut-friendly, energy-boosting crackers. These come in a variety of flavours including Greek Olive, Japanese Wasabi, Lion’s Mane Mushroom, Cashew Cheese and Tkemali Beetroot.
These crackers are no normal crackers. They are jam-packed with raw-activated ingredients that are made to take care of your gut health and nourish your body with B vitamins and iron.
I can truly say the taste was incomparable to other brands products. These crackers contained punchy herb flavours and a moist texture, while also keeping you feeling full.
I also tried the full range of juice shots. Each shot is set to aid certain areas of your body. My personal favourite of the bunch was the Organic Aronia shot which is intended to give your skin that glow by providing free-radical fighting anthocyanins.

Juice HQ
JUICE HQ is another amazing healthy delivery option in London. These vibrantly coloured juices will catch your eye alone based on their stunning natural colours made from raw pressed fruit and vegetables.
Not only will you be blown away by the refreshing and flavour-packed beverages that will cover your 5 a day requirement, fill your system with nutrients, minerals and enzymes, and naturally boost your energy levels. You’ll also be pleased to know, this company is on a mission to diminish the use of plastic by packaging all of their beverages in reusable glass bottles that are picked up directly from your home every week. Not all superheros wear capes!
Each juice is specially made to replenish your system with the nutrients you feel are missing. Some of the highly recommended options include Detox and Glow made from apple, cucumber, spinach, lemon, parsley and ginger; Nature’s Flu Shot, which contains carrot, orange, apple and ginger; and my personal favourite, Iron Man which is made from pineapple, carrot, beetroot, apple and ginger.
With so many options to choose from, it would be hard not to find multiple juices you love.
Juice HQ’s tasting boxes start at £21 and contain their top six best selling juices. Check out their bundle options here.
Salad Project
Salad Project is bringing everything but a standard salad experience straight to your door. Their goal is to give you a great experience starting from their kitchen to your home.
Founders James and Florian set out to create a convenient environment for a bite to go but doesn’t fall short when it comes to the menu, presentation and quality of their meals.
Their menu contains so many tasty options, all of which provide options for every dietary restriction. The Salad Project has both salads and bowls to choose from. I was able to test out the Miso Salmon and the Market Bowl, and they certainly did not disappoint.
Both Salads were phenomenal in taste and quality. These truly stood out from any salad I’ve had in a restaurant. The dressings alone were good enough to drink (don’t try that at home).
The salad that really stood out to me was the Miso Salad which contained whole grain rice, kale, sweetcorn, carrots cabbage, broccoli, coriander, roast salmon, kimchi, maple soy seeds and their stunning miso dressing. If you are a seafood fan, please do your tastebuds a favour by trying this salad once…or a few times.
You can see their entire bowl and salad range here.
By Ruby
The last healthy, home delivery option in London that cannot be missed is home-cooked, frozen meals from By Ruby. Ruby herself, along with her team creates amazing, healthy meals delivered straight to your door. It’s almost like having your own personal chef!
Ruby and her Co-founder Milly set out to source the finest ingredients in the UK to then prepared their scrumptious dishes. They then pop them into the freezer to lock in the flavour and keep the expiration date paused, so all of their customers can have a home-cooked meal at the most convenient time for them.
Being a pescatarian, I tried the Chalk Stream Trout with Lentils, Leek Pea and Spinach dish, as well as the Roasted Butternut Squash and Spinach Dhal.
I went away for the week, so found it extremely convenient that I could store these dishes in the freezer and have something nutritious and delicious on my return!
Each dish was a different experience for the palate and did not fall short on freshness and flavour. I’d highly recommend trying By Ruby for the convenience and taste alone.
Bundles start at £35 and contain six different meals. Check out the range of meals you can have delivered here.
