What happens when you completely switch to skincare backed by vitamin nutrient specialists? Here are my honest thoughts.
To say I am a skincare obsessive would be an understatement. Having previously worked in the beauty industry, I’ve been fortunate enough to test, trial and own some of the best products on the market when it comes to skincare; luxury and drugstore brands alike. My cupboards are filled with brands who are consistently adding value to the skincare game. So, when I heard about Vitamin Injections skincare won Best New Skin Brand and was introducing new products drops, I was ecstatic to put them to the test!
Founded by London’s multi-award winning skincare specialist, Bianca Estelle, the brand from the start has clout. So how does Vitamin Injections London fair by comparison to my other product favourites? Well the collection of products also utilises some of the industry’s most effective active ingredients to offer the very best of skincare solutions, with next level nourishment. The fact that the brand is also backed by clinical research, has a solid sustainability commitment, is ethically sourced and is 100% vegan – well this is icing on the cake!
So I did what I thought any true enthusiast would do – I completely swapped my entire routine to the brand for an entire month! Here are the six products I trialled and my complete honest thoughts around them:
C The Difference Cleanser
Like a spa day in a bottle, this cleanser quickly made its way to one of my favourites in the routine. The first thing that stood out about C The Difference was how little you needed to get a good clean – a little goes a long way! Using a jelly to foam consistency, two to three pumps lathered into a perfect cleanse. This little bottle packs a punch, with a potent vitamin C solution for much needed complexion brightening as well as Alpha Lipoic Acid and Papaya Enzymes providing a gentle, exfoliating effect. With a lightweight, fresh, spa like aroma and leaving skin feeling clean without tightness, this is the perfect AM and PM cleanser.

Vitamin B3 Barrier Boosting Tonic
Freshness in a gorgeous glass bottle. This tonic’s fresh scent alone reminds me of resort stays and beach days laying in the sunshine. Used to safeguard the skin’s moisture content, this tonic can be used both morning and evening post cleansing and includes lush ingredients such as Vitamin E, Aloe Vera and hyaluronic acid. For us Londonders, it’s a must have in the routine, as it helps combat our biggest toxins from city pollution to powerful UV rays while helping get the perfect glow. Unlike some other tonics i’ve tried, this formula is lightweight and non-sticky – feeling fresh on the skin right after application.

AHA Super Skin Revealing Serum
AHA’s, also known as Alpha hydroxy acids, are a group of natural and synthetic ingredients that, when properly formulated, can exfoliate the uppermost layers of skin. These are great for uncovering your radiant self, giving skin a youthful appearance and reducing wrinkles, fine lines and age spots. The bottle alone was equally beautiful and functional, utilising a dropper which supplied the perfect amount of product. Similar to the cleanser, a little went a long way with this serum, providing great value for money comparable to other brands. Although slightly sticky for a short period, the serum absorbed nicely into the skin and felt lightweight enough to comfortably follow with a moisturiser.
I really enjoyed adding this AHA to my routine as it was a great addition to restoring my skin’s smooth surface texture by removing the dead skin cells on the top layer. I found it to be gentle enough to use daily and very effective in calming down blemishes (especially with maskne still lingering around!) I’d recommend this for anyone looking for a gentle exfoliator while also wanting brightness and a clearer complexion.

Clean Conscience Cleansing Pads
Oh boy, these pads – can you say game changer! I love using tonics for a clean and refreshing feel but always felt a twinge of guilt on how many cotton pads I would go through in a month using them (hint: a lot!). Having shifted many areas of my lifestyle to more sustainable options, I was thrilled to introduce these into my skincare routine. Made of 100% cotton, lightweight and incredibly soft to the touch, these pads felt luxurious on my skin. The box comes with 16 pads and 2 mesh bags in total, so you should never find yourself running low.
I opted to put my cotton pads in an acrylic jar for aesthetic reasons, and keep the mesh bag close by. This way, any time I am finished using a cotton pad, I could place it in the bag and then simply pop it in my washing machine next time I’m doing laundry. These will also be a must have in my travel bag (when the time finally comes for us to travel again!). Because they can be easily washed with some soap and water and take up such little space, these versatile pads can be used and re-used for skincare on the go – and the second mesh bag is perfect to pop in a handbag or gym bag with a couple cotton pads for anywhere use!

*HLL FAVOURITE* Vitamin E Everything Moisturiser
Out of the entire line, this is hands down the product I would rate as my number one. Power packed with Vitamin E (and other gorgeous ingredients such as Niacinamide to tackle pore size, Vitamin C to brighten, Hyaluronic Acid to moisturise and Resveratrol to seriously boost lacklustre skin) this moisturiser is perfect for day and evening wear. Nourishing and repairing skin, this moisturiser comes in the perfect size to take anywhere you need it to go. Creamy and soft, my skin easily soaked in this moisturiser without giving a heavy or oily feel afterwards. While it does have a subtle scent, it is one of the only skincare products of mine to be quickly partner approved based on it’s fragrance. If you’re looking for an all round moisturiser with quality ingredients that won’t leave your skin either oily, or high and dry, this is a go to!
Cost: £34
C The Difference Treatment Eye Masks
I adore a good eye mask, as they are the perfect treat when looking to give your routine that little extra bit of self care spice. With a focus on brightening the eye area, this box came with 6 pairs of eye masks, each individually wrapped to maintain freshness. Removing the masks from their individual foil seal, the masks contained a respectable amount of serum and stayed firmly on my face. Utilising the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of gold, these eye masks contain gold Nanoparticles, imbuing the skin with radiance and luminosity.
While slightly cold on first application, I loved the overall feel of these eye masks. They maintained a balanced weight, not being too thin or too heavy and stuck to the eyes well enough to do other everyday tasks while wearing them. Even following the recommended 20 minute wear time, the eye masks didn’t dry out, and provided enough serum to really treat eyes.

The verdict?
I was seriously impressed with the Vitamin Injections skincare range and believe it would be a fabulous fit for a wide range of skin types. Finding the perfect balance between luxury and everyday needs, these products not only look beautiful on a countertop but also feel beautiful on the skin. When it comes to health and wellness, it’s crucial we remember that our skin is the largest organ our body has, and just like we take vitamins for our internal wellness, we should also be utilising them for our skin too!
I found the range to consistently feel clean and light but also invigorating and thorough, making my skincare routine easy, effortless and even enjoyable. If you are looking for professional and quality ingredients and skincare, without the triple figure price tags, I would absolutely recommend giving this range a go! I know for certain I will be re-purchasing some of the range for continued use!
