    I’d love to spiralize courgettes! A healthy alternative to when you’re craving pasta. Would love to be able to spiralize at university in September making my meals healthier and more fun!

    The first thing I’d spiralise is raw beetroot. It’s in season at this time of year so I can buy it locally and it’s packed full of amazing nutrients. I love the fact that it’s high in antioxidants that help to reduce inflammation in the body. It’s so delicious and will make a beautiful colourful summer salad.

    I’d would spiralise carrots first. I bought a pack of ready spiralised carrots from my supermarket recently, fried them and they were delicious! Apparently, because of the quick frying, the carrots retain more nutrients. I’d love to win one 🙂

    Courgettei all the way! I am trying to cut out carbs but love Italian. It would replace spaghetti and I wouldn’t have to beat myself up at the gym so often

    I would spiralise some pears, I have seen an amazing recipe for spirilised pears with Sweet Ricotta and Honey Roasted Figs & Walnuts and it looks amazing, I really want to try it
