F45 Challenge Pass!

fitmas gift guide - f45 8 week challengeFor: The one who wants to FULL advantage of the December party season (aka me!)

Why: Let’s face it. Fitness goals in December take a backseat. There’s far too many parties, boozy occasions and mince pies to be getting involved in – AND THAT’S OK. It only comes once a year, and we should embrace it whilst everyone else is! Rather than set ourselves unrealistic goals during party season,  personally I prefer to wait until January – everyones broke, it’s cold outside, everyones partied out – gyms become the place to be! It might not be everyone’s idea of a Christmas gift, but as far my experience goes, the F45 challenge made me stronger, leaner, fitter and more confident than ever before. What better gift than that?!  (even if you do gift it to yourself!)

How much: The 8 Week Challenge is £500 for 8 weeks unlimited training, body scans and mid challenge consultations. BUT, F45 Oxford Circus are offering Healthy Living London a special offer for their 3 month membership. Usually £230 a month, sign up in Jan and receive your first month half price, AND get EVERYTHING already included in the Challenge membership (with an extra months training). No brainer!

Where: Oxford Circus is the place to be! Visit f45training.co.uk to find out more and purchase a pack, a gift for you OR a loved one!

Smile Train Donation

For: EVERYONE!

Why: If you’re thinking of giving back in a bigger way this festive season, why not donate to charity? Smile Train are the global children’s charity helping to treat children suffering with cleft lip and palate in countries without the healthcare we have here in the UK. It makes you realise the simple things we take for granted – eating, speaking, hearing or even sharing a smile.

How much? From as little as £10 to £20, you can help towards providing the vital medical supplies for children living with clefts – giving them the gift of a brand new forever smile this Christmas 😊
