Zeo, the zingiest soft drink around, are celebrating the launch of their no added sugar range by hosting a whole bunch of fun, free, healthy events at their Dry Bar in Old Street Underground.

Yes, you heard us, they’re FREE! On until 2nd June, you can book yourself in for a workout or yoga, re-focus your mind with a spot of colouring in and of course, rehydrate and get that sparkle back with their sparkling fruit water.
There’s 4 flavours in total and with no artificial ingredients (they’re made up of 75% spring water and 25% natural fruit juice) they’re the happy alternative for those who want something more than water. Water is great for rehydration but sometimes, just sometimes, it’s ok to #cheatonwater with Zeo! And did you know, Caroline Flack is also a Zeo ambassador after feeling the benefits of quitting sugar last year so is a big fan of Zeo’s range.

With 2 weeks left to go at the Zeo Dry Bar, all stops have been pulled out to make it a smashing 2 weeks. With classes most mornings, lunchtimes and evenings, you can experience all the top fitness sessions, from Sunshine Abs, to VOGA, to a Summer Body Plan class with Danielle Peazer. There is even a ‘Sober Curious’ Club Soda talk happening too if you want to know more about the awesomeness of an alcohol-free lifestyle. Healthy Living London is also going to be joining the action and we’re taking 2 classes on Thursday 25th May – Core & Conditioning and WARRIOR Max. For those who want to challenge their mind as well as their body and feel more focused, energised and strong, make sure you book yourself in. The Warrior Method is #notjustanotherfitnessclass but incorporates breathing techniques, balances, feelgood stretches and conscious movement alongside exercises which activate the smaller essential muscles, as well as working the larger ones. Make sure you book your place though, spaces are limited!
