This mango and spinach smoothie really does taste like sunshine in a glass. Don’t believe us? Try it for yourself.
Make sure you use a ripe mango as this has the best flavour. And for any spinach-phobes, don’t worry, you can’t even taste the spinach. The goji berries give it that extra anti-oxidant kick and the Baobab is almost 50% fibre, contains 14 essential vitamins and minerals and also has amazing anti-oxidant properties.
In fact, all the ingredients are pretty good for you. Mango, known as the King of Fruits, contains anti-oxidants, lots of fibre and is said to help lower cholesterol as well as promote an alkaline environment for the body.
Ingredients
- 1/3 ripe mango flesh, chopped

- Cold Water
Method
- Blend everything together and serve immediately!
We use a Nutribullet for our smoothies which gets the job done and also has no problem crunching up nuts and other harder items. However you can also use a hand blender which you can pick up for about £5 in supermarkets.
