Psychologist & resilience specialist, Rachel Austen has teamed up with 2 other wellbeing professional to run a resilience retreat in Snowdonia, Wales.
We always feel great after going on holiday but the benefits are quickly lost when we go back to the daily grind. This retreat aims to give you an opportunity to relax and re-energise as well as providing you with the tools, space and connection to make long lasting positive changes. It’s been a tough few years and many are turning to a resilience retreat to help them process and continue to manage challenging times.
The 3 night, 2 day programme will combine yoga, workshops and local excursions such as hikes, clifftop walks or bicycle rides. Overlooking a beautiful, expansive beach with views of Mt Snowdon, you will leave feeling revitalised and equipped with some practical tips and tools to better manage stress and build your resilience.
