The fitness world has descended upon Islington’s Business Design Centre this weekend and there are plenty of classes to join and exhibitors to see, not to mention all the fabulous samples and a few freebies – always a winner! Here are a few of Healthy Living London’s Hannah’s top five must-see exhibitors at Be:Fit 2017…
The Chia Co – Exhibitor Stand B201
Gluten free and full of fibre, protein and Omega-3, amongst other awesome nutrients, these little seeds really do pack a punch. Add them to cereal, porridge, smoothies, yogurt, or just mix with water! These handy little ‘shots’ mean you can take them on the go. They are filling and nutritious and great for a healthy diet. ReboundUK – Exhibitor Stand G14
What a fun way to workout! ReboundUK are hosting short classes throughout the weekend, to show you how to ‘bounce and burn’ your way to a healthier life. Small trampolines provide low impact fitness to your joints, so are a kinder way to exercise. ReboundUK’s trampolines can be bought online so you can train at home and follow online tutorials, or join a local class. Or, if you have the inkling for it, you can even train to become an instructor. Find out more here.
UpBeat – Exhibitor Stand B214
Delicious and refreshing, especially after a ReboundUK workout! Pop by the UpBeat stand and taste their delicious range of whey protein drinks. I loved the Blueberry and Raspberry, so yummy. The coconut and pineapple drink tastes like a pina colada, but so much healthier. Packed with protein, calcium and fibre, these drinks are yummy. Find out more here.
Pure omega 3 fish oil with a hint of lemon. The liquid is slightly tart, but better for you than capsules, however, if tasting the liquid is a no-go for you, they also sell small capsules that are easy to swallow. Every batch of their oil is constantly tested and free of metals… well that’s good to know. Find out more here.
La Roche-Posay – Exhibitor Stand B102
La Roche-Posay is a skincare brand that I have been a fan of for a while, especially their Serozinc, a hypoallergenic, non-perfumed toner that also compliments sunscreen protection. Head over to their stand and put your head in a small photo-booth for a skin analysis. It’s frightening the skin damage that the sun can have on your face, but it’s good to know so that you can better take care of your skin in the future. Find out more here.
And so many more amazing exhibitors, such as the delicious nut spread company Pip & Nut, the active wear brand Bellum and the bath salt specialists Westlab, which I have been buying in bulk and bathing in recently to help reduce muscle ache. So relaxing.
